📋 Description

• Proactively contact business customers by email, phone, or video call to follow up on overdue
• Build professional relationships with customers, respond to billing and payment inquiries, and
• Collaborate with accounting and operations colleagues to investigate and address obstacles that
• Identify alternative customer contacts when existing points of contact are outdated, unavailable
