Increase the collection of outstanding payments within our personal finance department, as an

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals
Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
All in compliance with Goodleap’s collections policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation and
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
Team Player
