Collections Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervises daily operation of the Collection unit ensuring policy compliance
• Manage daily operations of Dialer campaigns
• Perform collection activity when subordinates struggle
• Review activity to identify trends and unit effectiveness
• Receive and resolve customer complaints
• Compiles data and generates ad-hoc reporting for Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or combination of education and experience
• Three years collection experience in a mortgage servicing environment
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local debt collection regulations
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume environment
• Knowledge of loss mitigation mortgage workouts
• Experience with Ensemble Pro dialer administration
