College Admissions Counselor

📋 Description

• Manage an individual caseload of students throughout the complete U.S. college admissions process
• Develop tailored academic and extracurricular plans based on students' interests, intended majors
• Advise students on university lists and major selection, taking into account admissions
• Design application strategies for the University of California (UC), California State University
• Guide students through UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQs), Common App applications, personal
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to monitor progress, identify development areas, establish

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in college admissions counseling, admissions coaching, educational
• Proven ability to independently guide students through the full U.S. college admissions process
• Strong knowledge of UC and CSU admissions systems, including application requirements, selection
• Practical experience coaching students on UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQs) and developing
• Familiarity with admissions expectations and selection criteria at Top 100 U.S. universities.
• Experience with academic and extracurricular planning, intended major selection, university lists

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $80,000–$85,000.
