• Generate a high volume of comedy concepts rooted in the brand’s existing characters
• Develop funny situations, character interactions, comic concepts, recurring bits, and social hooks
• Create concepts across comics, memes, stickers and GIFs, short-form video, and static posts
• Adapt ideas to different formats and platforms (e.g., comic, Reel, TikTok, meme, static post)
• Turn comedy and character concepts into clear creative briefs that illustrators can execute
• Collaborate closely with the team through project management tools and regular check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Sharp and current understanding of U.S. humor and internet culture
• Strong instinct for character-driven comedy
• Strong understanding of how text and imagery work together to create effective comedy
• Ability to turn creative ideas into briefs that illustrators can execute
• Ability to generate a high volume of ideas and identify the strongest concepts
• Ability to adapt comedy concepts across comics, memes, short-form video, stickers/GIFs, and static
