• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience — consultative sales background is a big
• A competitive, money-motivated mindset. You want to be paid for performance, not tenure.
• Sharp communication skills — you can make technical information simple and compelling.
• Coachable and driven. You take feedback, apply it, and get better fast.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments (that's when homeowners are home).
• A valid driver's license in your state.
