📋 Description

• Source, scope, and close high-value enterprise commerce opportunities, owning revenue and pipeline.
• Design and execute a GTM strategy for B2B and B2C commerce.
• Build a scalable, cross-functional commerce business line with P&L and talent.
• Develop strategic relationships with Salesforce, commercetools, Shopify Plus, and integrators.
• Attract and mentor top talent across commerce consulting, architecture, and delivery.
• Champion composable, headless, and MACH commerce trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in technology consulting or professional services.
• 5+ years in VP/Director roles managing and scaling a commerce capability.
• Proven rainmaker with multi-million-dollar deal sourcing and closing.
• End-to-end knowledge of global commerce across B2B and high-scale B2C.
• Fluency in composable, microservices, APIs, headless (MACH) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Relationships with Salesforce, commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, and Contentful.
