📋 Description

• Revenue Analytics: Collect, analyse, and interpret data across the revenue funnel; build and
• Process Optimisation: Assess end-to-end revenue processes, identify bottlenecks, design and
• Forecasting & Reporting: Own regular reporting on revenue performance, pipeline metrics, and
• CRM & Systems Ownership: Maintain CRM and revenue tech stack, ensure data integrity, train
• Automation & Tooling: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, implement scalable
• Strategic Support: Support cross-functional projects with data-driven analysis; work with Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related; Master's a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Solid understanding of revenue lifecycle.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
