Commercial Analytics Lead (Immunology - HLH)

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive performance narratives for leadership
• Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to inform their perspectives
• Inform data strategy in collaboration with our Commercial Data Management team
• Perform ad hoc analyses against raw data
• Design dashboard improvements for field and sales executives
• Maintain relationships across sales, marketing, finance, and market access

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data
• Prior experience in primary research required - lead experience preferred
• Mature SQL and/or Python data analytics skills, with comfort accessing data across a variety of
• Preferred experience with Tableau or similar BI tool
