Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements for EMEA (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs).
Structure deals and advise on enterprise sales across EMEA.
Build scalable legal processes, policies, and training with Head of Legal and COO.
Develop templates, playbooks, and self-service resources; explore automation.
Advise on GDPR, ePrivacy, NIS2, EU AI Act, and PDPL (Europe/Middle East).
Manage EU/UK data protection program: ROPA, DPIAs, DSARs; cookie compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English.
Law degree from an accredited EU/US/UK institution.
Qualified to practice law in at least one EU member state, US or UK.
