Commercial Assistant

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end supplier onboarding with complete docs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain & Procurement to activate suppliers.
• Maintain supplier onboarding trackers and docs.
• Create and maintain product SKUs across systems.
• Ensure pricing, cost prices, barcodes and promos are accurate.
• Perform daily quality checks on new and updated SKUs, incl. pricing.
• Coordinate product imagery, assets, photography and samples.
• Curate onsite product galleries to stay relevant and effective.
• Review low-converting galleries and implement improvements.
• Work with Content and Marketing to support the trading calendar.
• Provide day-to-day support for trading during peak periods.
• Maintain weekly trackers for pricing, promotions and barcode updates.
• Support reporting projects, incl. subcategory reporting and Tableau prep.
• Capture campaign activity across website and CRM channels.
• Track supplier-funded promotional investment and marketing contributions.
• Collate campaign performance feedback for supplier presentations.
• Maintain rolling supplier exposure decks.
• Own and maintain the finance tracker for marketing investment.
