📋 Description

• Drive expansion and commercial growth with existing customers.
• Build close relationships with installers and spot opportunities.
• Own onboarding for new installers to rapidly onboard.
• Be the voice of the customer for Product decisions.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks, automate guides.
• Own revenue targets and influence company strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years work experience in a customer-facing/commercial role.
• Relentlessly proactive and results-driven.
• People person who builds rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Deeply curious and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: interest in heat pumps and renewables.
