🎯 Requirements

3+ years of dedicated construction estimating experience.
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and bid documents.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Full-time availability and ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours.
