📋 Description

• Oversee project performance, profitability, scheduling, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and GCs to meet specs.
• Plan construction operations and schedule milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance on site.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Procore.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• OSHA familiarity; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.
