🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, Arch, or related field.
Certifications like PMP/CCM/LEED are a plus.
5-7 years in construction mgmt on commercial/industrial projects.
Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings, tilt-wall, or manufacturing facilities.
Proficiency in Procore, Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
