Commercial Contracts Counsel

📋 Description

• Partner with US-based Commercial Contracts & Legal teams and partners to facilitate efficient
• Understand how to balance risks and opportunities to reach a mutually acceptable agreement
• Provide clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance regarding contract terms, contractual
• Advise team members regarding company contracting policies, approval requirements, contract
• Ensure agreements comply with applicable company policies, contracting standards, approval
• Support contract lifecycle management processes, including contract intake, approvals, execution

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura en Derecho from a recognized Costa Rican university and current good standing with the
• 3–5 or more years of experience, including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements.
• 1+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based organizations and partners and negotiating contracts
• 3+ years of experience with contractual concepts including liability, indemnification, warranties
• Experience negotiating agreements involving data and AI use cases.
• Must maintain all professional credentials required to practice law in Costa Rica.
