Commercial Contracts Counsel - contractor

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, Orders, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Manage redlines on customer papers and templates to protect terms.
• Own contract lifecycle in Linksquares; drafting templates and Docusign.
• Advise Sales/CS on contract questions; escalate to counsel as needed.
• Support vendor and partner agreements incl. subcontractor, reseller, OEM.
• Increase availability during quarter-end to clear the contract pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification; 3–5y commercial contracts exp.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS licensing; MSAs, DPAs, Order Forms.
• Familiarity with data privacy concepts; review/neg DPAs.
• Strong commercial instincts; know where to hold firm on redlines.
• Ability to work independently; manage concurrent matters.
• Experience with a CLM platform and signature workflows.
