Commercial Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Manage contracting intake and coordination for software subscription and license agreements, order
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in coordination with the Legal Department and
• Help Sales structure transactions consistent with approved pricing, discounting, licensing, and
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals, document exceptions, and recommend practical
• Provide guidance, training, and resources that help Sales navigate contracting processes and
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements under the direction of the Legal Department and in

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least five years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial software, SaaS, or technology
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement and vendor agreements and guiding business owners
• Working knowledge of intellectual property, software licensing, and commercial contracting
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and move transactions
