Commercial Contracts Specialist - Legal Ops

📋 Description

• Own the database of the revenue-generating agreements VTEX holds in LATAM, North America, EMEA and
• Build solutions to track key dates and obligations (expirations, pricing terms, SLAs, non-standard
• Turn contract data into reports, dashboards and insights that guide decisions in Sales, CX, Finance
• Make contracting faster and easier, driving processes and projects that reduce the team's SLA and
• Manage continuous integration of contract workflows with our CRM, Slack, e-signature and other
• Identify, implement and scale AI and automation solutions for intake, triage, review, data

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related
• 3 to 8 years of experience, including solid hands-on legal operations experience at a multinational
• You are available to work on site from Monday to Thursday in our offices in Rio de Janeiro or São
• A track record of implementing legal tech, automation or efficiency solutions end to end, from
• Advanced or fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken. Both will be assessed during the
