Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Be go-to reviewer for commercial contracting focused on sales and procurement.
• Lead in-house sales support to scale the sales function.
• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and DPAs.
• Develop best-in-class sales enablement, guidance, and collateral.
• Build scalable contracting workflows and SOPs with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with sales and stakeholders to unblock negotiations and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active US license (or equivalent).
• 6-8 years of legal experience, SaaS startup/in-house preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS models and standard SaaS terms.
• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation (customer & vendor).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with GTM teams.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to create playbooks and enablement materials.
