Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Support our commercial contracting efforts for both the sell-side and buy-side by drafting
• Partner closely with Sales and our GTM teams as a trusted advisor, providing clear
• Support partner and reseller-related agreements, including reseller or channel relationships
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, negotiation
• Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with a minimum of 4 years in-house experience at a high-growth B2B
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating vendor, procurement, and technology agreements, with a
• Experience with contracts management systems (Ironclad preferred) and AI-powered contract tools.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a drive to solve emerging challenges in an evolving
• Passion for tackling complex challenges on a small Legal team and willingness to wear multiple hats.
