📋 Description

• Draft, review, and structure SaaS agreements, Data Protection Agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, finance, people, and product teams to identify and manage
• Engage in customer-facing contract communications and help formulate policy/process as the org
• Support Attentive’s compliance with relevant industry and privacy laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor and qualified to practice in-house in New York or their resident state.
• At least four years of commercial legal experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and technology agreements.
• Ability to provide practical recommendations under tight deadlines with a business-friendly
• Strong empathy, enthusiasm, and solutions-oriented mindset; adtech/martech experience a plus but
