📋 Description

• Manage incoming requests from partnership teams, including prioritization, intake, and triage.
• Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements using both internal and counterparty templates.
• Prepare and negotiate standard partnership, integration, licensing, and incentive agreements
• Maintain a centralized contract repository integrated with the CRM and ensure all executed
• Build and maintain an obligations register covering milestones, grant payments, exclusivity
• Set up automated alerts for deal owners and Finance, providing clear visibility into the conditions

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree or equivalent legal training, with qualification as a lawyer or comparable legal
• Five to eight years of experience in commercial contracting, including in-house experience at a
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate partnership, integration, and licensing agreements
• Strong knowledge of US-style commercial drafting and contract negotiation.
• Practical experience building legal operations capabilities, including contract lifecycle
• Experience using AI tools to create prompts, develop reusable skills, and automate document
