📋 Description

• Negotiate and sign SaaS agreements (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs).
• Enforce standard terms; manage escalation to speed signatures.
• Train Sales to handle routine negotiations.
• Lead end-to-end contracting for customer and vendor deals.
• Implement CLM with templates and approval workflows.
• Use AI tools for contract review and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership.
• 5–8 years of SaaS/tech legal experience.
• Strong experience negotiating SaaS agreements (MSAs, subscriptions, DPAs, NDAs).
• Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA.
• Independent worker; builds scalable processes.
• Experience partnering with Sales and GTM in high-velocity environments.
• Interest in legal tech and AI-driven workflows.
