🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience; top-tier firm or in-house.
• Experience drafting/negotiating SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and partner deals.
• GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA, security concepts, AI governance, IP in SaaS.
• Balance risk with business outcomes; tailor guidance by context.
• Cross-functional partner to Sales, Finance, Product, RevOps; build global contracting process.
• Clear communicator; translate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
