Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (master, reseller, DPA).
• Manage complex negotiations with enterprise customers and partners.
• Provide practical guidance to move business forward.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
• Advise on data privacy and security terms in agreements.
• Partner with security/compliance to align contractual commitments.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. state bar.
• 3-8 years of relevant legal experience; in-house tech preferred.
• Independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting sales and GTM teams in tech companies.
• Exposure to AI-related contractual and regulatory issues preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to operate across time zones.
