📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, insurance carrier, agency, and vendor agreements, owning the

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, with significant in-house or transactional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record negotiating commercial, SaaS, and vendor agreements independently.
• Working familiarity with state consumer-protection and unfair-trade-practice laws.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment; comfortable operating with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working as a generalist across multiple business functions and prioritizing across
