Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Own the legal work for Postman's commercial transactions across the customer lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise/mid-market subscriptions and orders.
• Structure deals with Sales, Deal Ops, and Finance for protection and speed.
• Manage a high-velocity deal pipeline across enterprise and mid-market.
• Refine contract templates and self-serve resources to scale contracting.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a U.S. law school; admitted to the bar.
• 5-8 years in B2B enterprise and mid-market SaaS deals.
• Direct experience drafting partner and channel agreements.
• Experience with reseller models and marketplace terms.
• Clear communicator who works independently with good judgment.
• In-house SaaS experience preferred.
