Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing agreements (MSAs, DPAs, BAAs)
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and RevOps to close deals
• Advise on data privacy, security, IP, and liability in SaaS environments
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance to close deals with scalable contracting
• Hybrid work arrangement from US offices (two in-office days per week)

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years negotiating and drafting SaaS/tech sales agreements (in-house or law firm)
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and SaaS contracting in B2B
• Balance legal risk with business needs in fast-paced, high-growth settings
• Strong communication skills and comfort advising non-legal stakeholders
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
