Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements (MSAs, orders).
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and RevOps to close deals while managing risk.
• Advise on data privacy, security, IP, liability, and SaaS/compliance issues.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to close deals with scalable contracting.
• Hybrid work model: two days in the office each week.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years negotiating and drafting SaaS sales agreements.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and tech contracting in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business goals in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong communication; comfortable advising non-legal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail with proactive, impact-driven mindset.
• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
