Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing MSAs, orders, DPAs, and BAAs.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security to enable deals and manage risk.
• Advise on data privacy, security, IP, liability, and SaaS compliance.
• Provide practical, business-focused guidance to close deals with scalable contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years negotiating and drafting SaaS/tech sales agreements; in-house or law firm.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and tech contracting in B2B SaaS.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives in fast-paced growth.
• Strong communication and ability to advise non-legal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with multi-priority management and attention to detail.
• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
