Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing agreements (MSAs/DPAs/BAAs)
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, RevOps to close deals
• Advise on data privacy, security, IP, liability in a SaaS context
• Balance legal risk with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to close deals efficiently
• Hybrid, full-time US role with two days in office weekly

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years negotiating and drafting sales agreements, SaaS/tech in-house or law firm
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and SaaS contracting in B2B
• Balance legal risk with business goals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and comfort advising non-legal stakeholders
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
