📋 Description

• Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and prospects, including customer
• Serve as one of the designated legal contacts on the EMEA commercial legal team to Fivetran’s EMEA
• Serve as one of the primary legal contacts on the commercial legal team, providing strategic
• Help maintain and update commercial legal team playbooks to help drive alignment with internal

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts at high-growth technology
• A negotiator with a solid understanding of global commercial transactions, including experience in

• A track record of achieving high-volume, quick turn on execution of agreements constructed to
