Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and prospects for EMEA region
• Serve as designated legal contact to EMEA enterprise sales team, including sales education and
• Provide strategic guidance on contracting, enablement, and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain and update commercial legal team playbooks
• Support key template documents and operationalize templates into contracts management tool
• Liaise with product team to understand product updates impact on customer agreements

🎯 Requirements

• approximately 5 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts at high-growth technology
• solid understanding of global commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and
• process-oriented lawyer with interest in building processes with legal operations
• track record of high-volume, quick turn execution of agreements
• strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• high attention to detail and self-initiative
