Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead drafting and negotiation of Master Services Agreements, SaaS, NDAs, DPA, and RFPs to license DataCamp products and services.
• Own deals end-to-end from first redline to signature; be the named legal contact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance to shepherd deals to closure.
• Facilitate timely closure of transactions while minimizing risk exposure.
• Provide day-to-day commercial legal support and business-focused advice to help stakeholders get to yes.
• Define and improve standard form agreements and scalable contracting processes; lead internal projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years PQE drafting/negotiating commercial contracts.
• SaaS agreements, tech licensing, and channel deals; in-house a plus.
• Experience handling high-volume tech transactions across functions.
• Ability to own work end-to-end with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• JD or equivalent; licensed in EU/UK/US; willing to travel.
