🎯 Requirements

JD degree; admit to the bar in the relevant state; in good standing.
4+ years advising on commercial agreements and partnerships.
Experience drafting tech transaction agreements: licenses, supply, services.
Background in employment, IP, corporate, or competition law preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and multi-project skills.
