📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate SaaS licenses, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
• Counsel on product features, business strategy, and risk.
• Manage and resolve issues in commercial deals; align with cross-functional teams.
• Own contracting cycle from draft to execution with teams.
• Streamline contracting processes for the Legal team.
• Support HR, Marketing, and Product in contracts and risk counseling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of transactional experience.
• J.D. with U.S. state bar admission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Multitask and set priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic advice and client service.
