Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Support all aspects of Brex’s commercial legal efforts, handling customer and vendor contracts
• Review, negotiate, and finalize customer agreements in partnership with sales and deal desk.
• Advise on contract terms, deal structures, and commercial legal risks across cross-functional
• Develop and implement commercial legal resources, policies, and workflows to improve contracting

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to own initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial law, in-house at tech companies or corporate/tech transaction
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex tech and commercial contracts, customer-facing
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, builder mindset focused on improving internal processes and resources.
