📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements with sales, deal desk, and stakeholders.
• Support inbound commercial contracts: AI, SaaS, tech, master/PT services, marketing, agency, event
• Improve contracting processes; develop playbooks, policies, and CLM workflows.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate complex issues to SMEs.
• Provide business-focused legal advice on terms, structures, and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business/Product needs into legal terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• 3-5 years of commercial law experience; in-house tech or corporate/tech law preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership in good standing.
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex tech and commercial contracts; both customer-facing and
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Builder mindset; eager to develop internal processes and resources.
