📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements with sales and deal desk partners.
• Support inbound commercial contracts, including AI, SaaS, and technology agreements, master and
• Improve contracting processes, develop playbooks, policies, and CLM workflows; leverage AI tools
• Identify contractual risks and escalate complex issues to SMEs as needed.
• Advise cross-functional teams on contract terms, deal structures, and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear legal terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• 3-5 years of relevant commercial law experience, in-house or tech transactions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts (customer-facing
