📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including Master Services
• Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to provide clear, commercially minded legal advice that
• Support the negotiation and management of strategic partnership agreements, reseller and channel
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, guidelines
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal and contractual risks while helping stakeholders find
• Contribute to building and scaling the commercial legal infrastructure to support current

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in
• At least 5 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 4 years in an in-house legal role at a
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology, vendor, procurement, and
• Strong understanding of common commercial contracting structures, including SaaS subscriptions
• Experience using contract lifecycle management systems, ideally Ironclad, as well as AI-powered
