Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, partnership, and other commercial agreements, including
• Support the General Counsel in managing international commercial negotiations, while independently
• Implement AI-powered legal tools, improve contracting workflows, and drive legal operations and
• Work with Security, Engineering, and other technical teams to ensure contractual commitments
• Advise Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on commercial legal matters and prepare the

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or fully fluent written and spoken English, with a track record of independently
• Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Extensive experience driving end-to-end negotiations for complex enterprise technology agreements
• Strong foundation in European regulatory frameworks relevant to tech companies, including data
• A commercially minded approach to risk management - able to balance business growth with legal
• Ability to deliver rapid turnarounds in a fast-moving startup environment, with the willingness to
