📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side advertising agreements, including publisher agreements and
• Negotiate demand-side agreements, including demand-side platform (DSP) agreements, advertising
• Draft and negotiate content licensing agreements supporting advertising and monetization
• Review and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy provisions, and data-use terms
• Apply relevant privacy frameworks, including CCPA and GDPR, to commercial negotiations and
• Review and negotiate selected procurement and marketing agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating digital advertising agreements, including publisher
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and advising on privacy and data-use requirements
• Ability to understand the programmatic advertising ecosystem and its commercial contracting

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $163,000–$237,500 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications
