📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side agreements, including publisher agreements and related
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand-side agreements, including DSP agreements and advertising
• Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing agreements that support Life360's advertising and
• Negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs) and privacy and data use terms in advertising
• Review and negotiate some procurement and marketing agreements.
• Translate legal requirements into practical advice for Ads, Sales, and Ad Ops teams, and find

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house at an advertising, ad
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating publisher agreements, DSP and/or SSP agreements
• Experience working within privacy frameworks, including CCPA and GDPR, and experience negotiating
• Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and IAB standard terms is a plus.
• Ability to balance necessary legal protections with practical business needs, and to negotiate
