📋 Description

• Review and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements with the Company’s customers
• Review, negotiate, and structure vendor and partnership agreements, as needed.
• Design, implement, and iterate on the legal team’s AI initiatives, policies, processes and

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound commercial
• Experience negotiating data protection agreements and advising on data privacy questions and
• Experience with product and regulatory counseling related to healthcare, financial services
• Positive, friendly and collaborative attitude while maintaining the highest standards of business
• Strong project management skills with the ability to respond to requests quickly and with excellent
