📋 Description

• Review and negotiate revenue-generating agreements, including MSAs and terms.
• Be a principal Legal partner to business stakeholders.
• Evolve processes, templates, and strategies with industry changes.
• Independently negotiate and close GTM deals with Enterprise/Fintech clients.
• Develop understanding of Plaid products and privacy positions.
• Build relationships with key business and legal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate
• Law firm and/or in-house experience drafting tech-focused agreements involving sensitive data
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, task management, and process-focused approach
