📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, with a primary focus on
• Advise sales, business development, operations, and other cross-functional teams on commercial
• Support transactions across India and, where required, the broader APAC region, navigating varying
• Monitor developments in technology, AI, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, and related
• Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, policies, and other legal resources
• Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice that balances business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in India.
• 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, with substantial in-house experience in
• Experience working for a U.S.-based or global multinational organization from India, with direct
• Proven track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial, enterprise technology
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS contracting, data protection, privacy
• Experience advising on cybersecurity, privacy, and cross-border data transfer matters.
