📋 Description

Lead negotiations for the EMEA sales team on commercial and legal issues.
Build Stripe's commercial legal infrastructure to scale operations.
Draft and maintain Stripe's agreements and playbooks.
Lead projects to improve internal processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, privacy, operations, product, tax, and risk teams.
Develop and deliver training to help the Sales team sell products.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years as a lawyer in-house or in tech practice.
Curious, creative problem solver with fintech challenges.
Self-starter with bias for action and ownership.
Clear, concise communicator in writing and speaking.
Familiar with legal issues and risks in hosted data/tech services.
Fluent in French and English.
