Commercial Counsel-Infrastructure and GTM

📋 Description

• Lead negotiations for GPU/cloud capacity, data center space, and infra deals.
• Align terms with customer contracts on capacity, security, and data protection.
• Manage export/trade controls in compute and hardware deals.
• Build templates, playbooks, and scalable workflows for infra dealmaking.
• Manage enterprise agreements: master agreements, order forms, NDAs for Sales.
• Support GTM and partnership deals, including reseller and co-sell structures.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years in commercial/tech transactions; in-house infra time.
• Experience with compute infra deals; partner/alliances; enterprise deals.
• Data privacy/regulatory knowledge: GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA; EU AI Act/DORA; security terms.
• Export controls and anti-bribery regs (FCPA).
• Plain language communicator; independent in a small team; AI tools.
