Commercial Counsel, Starlink

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risk by implementing appropriate processes, trainings, and controls
• Provide legal analyses of applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance
• Work closely with growth and product teams to provide legal counseling throughout all stages of the
• Manage Starlink's terms of service for residential and business products and services, globally
• Support continuous improvements of forms, policies, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
• 4+ years of legal experience
• Must be admitted to the bar, in good standing, in at least one U.S. State
• This position is based in Hawthorne, CA (near Los Angeles) and requires being onsite - remote work
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
